Complex & Clinical NDIS Care
Complex & Clinical NDIS Care
When the case is too complex for most providers, we are the provider that says yes.
Abundance Healthcare Group is a registered, nurse-led NDIS provider specialising in complex and high-intensity supports and clinical nursing care across Sydney and Perth. Whether you live with high needs, care for someone who does, or coordinate their plan, we have the capability and the capacity.

Why it is different
Nurse-led, not support-worker-only
Complex participants need more than rostered hours. Our care is designed and overseen by registered nurses, so clinical tasks are done safely and a change in someone's condition is recognised and acted on, not missed.
That clinical backbone is what lets us take the cases other providers decline, and it is what gives families and coordinators confidence that a person with high needs is in safe hands.
- Registered nurses behind the care plan and clinical tasks
- Support workers trained and supervised for high-intensity tasks
- Clear clinical governance and incident escalation
Who we support
Built for high-needs participants
We support participants whose conditions mean complex, changing or round-the-clock care. Choose a cohort to see how we help.

The clinical difference
Care built around one complex person at a time
We currently support a participant living with motor neurone disease on 24-hour care, working alongside their family and coordinators as their needs change. It is the kind of complex, high-intensity engagement this team is built for.
We work with condition networks including MND NSW (Coordinators of Support, Gladesville) to support participants with progressive conditions.
A full participant story will be shared only with the participant's informed written consent.
Availability
Complex care that keeps running around the clock
High-intensity participants do not stop needing care after hours. Our rosters are built for overnight, weekend and continuous support, with a registered nurse behind the escalation path.
